Tight end is an intriguing prospect for the New Orleans Saints in the 2024 NFL Draft. Adding talent at the position could make a lot of sense, especially on day two or three of the draft.
The Saints reportedly had a formal meeting with Texas Longhorns tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Sanders is widely viewed as the second-best TE prospect in the draft class. He has very impressive receiving abilities and is a fluid athlete at the position.
The Saints could look to add another tight end to the depth chart to accompany Juwan Johnson. The veteran TE is not under contract after the 2024 season. He's been productive in the receiving game over the last couple of seasons, but they could move on after next season.

Sanders could be on the board for the Saints' second pick. If they don't take him there, they would need to trade up to have another chance at adding him to their roster.
