Pedro Grifol sent out a respectable lineup Monday, but the White Sox still struggled at the plate and fell to the Texas Rangers 4-2. A trio of notable prospect arms performed well in the loss, however. Nick Nastrini got the start, and combined with Jordan Leasure and Ky Bush for five innings of one-run ball. Yoan Moncada and Eloy Jimenez were the only Sox hitters to reach base multiple times, with the latter knocking in both runs.
Chicago drops to 1-3 on the spring campaign with the defeat.
